  My wife and I recently purchased our first home and could not have done it without the help of Leigh at Northstar Mortgage. She was so prompt in her communications with us and was always available to answer questions; nearly at every hour of the day or night! She made has feel like we were her most important clients. In our transaction, Leigh went above and beyond for us. She explained each step of the process and never made us feel like our questions or concerns were stupid or minor. She is the best in the business-we would recommend her without reservation!

  My husband and I had worked with Leigh previously when we bought our first home and when we decided to buy a condo, we contacted Leigh and she was determined to find us the best loan and deal. Leigh is very knowledgable in the work that she does and she strives to make the process easy, stress-free, and she helps people understand the process when things get confusing. As always, Leigh was available to answer any questions through texting, emailing, or voice calling throughout the process with a positive and supportive demeanor. After working with Leigh a second time, there isn't anyone I would rather work with. It's clear that Leigh loves what she does and she really takes an interest in her clients' interests and needs when going through buying a house or condo.

  My husband and I used NorthStar mortgage to get a rural development loan for a cute little 1930's cape-style home in China, Me. They were so helpful, fast/efficient, knowledgeable, easily accessible, and kind. I communicated with both Jason and Seth via text and email and got instantaneous responses throughout our search for homes and then through the purchase. They were able to speed things along for us by staying in communication with all involved parties. We ran into our share of issues with the home and they assured me not to become discouraged or worry and that it would all work out, and it did. We closed this morning. Thank you Jason and Seth!

  Kate Virgie at Northstar Mortgage Group walked me through the home buying process like a pro, which I'm sure was daunting on her end considering I knew nothing about this process. She made it easy and helped me to understand all the ins and outs so I felt comfortable with everything I was signing. Thanks to her hard work and professionalism I am now a homeowner. I would absolutely recommend Northstar Mortgage to anyone, especially Kate Virgie.
