- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you have an option do not use this bank. The branch manager seems to be the most insincere person I have had the displeasure to try and do business with at any bank. She was not only dismissive with me but rude to one of her employees who was trying to help me with an issue. She would not listen to what I had to say and continued to give me the wrong information. I finally left knowing that she did not have a clue and had to call the 1800 number to Bank of America to find a solution to my problem. Funny thing; the solution was the same one that the young man who originally helped me had suggested. I guess because I was in short and a T-shirt that I was not worth her time even though I am a retired Army officer. AmazingBy Joseph Knowlton, July 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Spoke with branch manager "Roxy" about a business deposit. Was treated rudely. Was unwilling to help with my deposit issue. Tried to upsell me on a line of credit and credit card. Very poor predatory ethics . Closing my long standing account tomorrow 6/22/17.By Joel B., December 02, 2016
